Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 40) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Peder Ahlerot kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Smögen BK's Rune Danielsson got control of the ball when Peder Ahlerot tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Smögen BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Ugla to maneuver through the defense. If Peder Ahlerot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingemar Ros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Åkesson in the 15th minute of the match. Mikael Lind's late challenge caught a Jaeger United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikael Lind helped the player get up and apologised. Mikael Lind hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 22 minutes, Bertil Åhman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Smögen BK and the Jaeger United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Smögen BK got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Åhman. In the 23rd minute, Robert Åkesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute Robert Åkesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingemar Ros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Jaime Moya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boris Ugla, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arvid Låsberg during the 28th minute. Smögen BK's Stefan Josefsson got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peder Ahlerot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Rune Danielsson made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Åkesson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Jaeger United booed when Smögen BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Oskar Hegg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Wennerberg got free with Ingemar Ros in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Jaeger United's Hugo Meško got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 76 played minutes Smögen BK got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Josefsson. After a rather tough play, Smögen BK's Kevin Ivarsson got a free kick in the 77th minute. Jaeger United's Ingemar Ros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Jaeger United from getting a goal against them. Peder Ahlerot scored 2-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rune Danielsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Jaeger United were the better team. Jaeger United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
