Ove Heggert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Ugla's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, Sporting Björkberg's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Ugla came free, but Ove Heggert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johannes Ugla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Ove Heggert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Gustaf Browall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 minutes, Sven-Ove Pettersson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Björkberg and the Aranja FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Sporting Björkberg got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Pettersson. When Aranja FK's Johannes Ugla in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ove Heggert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Ugla in the 42nd minute of the match. Klas Wickander charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klas Wickander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes Sporting Björkberg got a freekick which was hit by Klas Wickander. If Benjamin Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47th minute Benjamin Arvidsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

If Benjamin Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aranja FK's Johannes Ugla in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eric Magnusson tried in the 80th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Ove Heggert a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-4. In the 84th minute, Klas Wickander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aranja FK made a substitution. Kasper Groth replaced John Melin. Sporting Björkberg's Ove Heggert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Björkberg from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Arvidsson got free with Ove Heggert in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Aranja FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sporting Björkberg throughout the match.
