Spectators: 7429 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 100) Vargön Alloys FC's Pär Odin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nils Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Heggert having to interfere. Sporting Björkberg's Ove Heggert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Tönnberg in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute Pär Odin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sporting Björkberg's Ove Heggert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Tönnberg in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Vargön Alloys FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Sandberg to maneuver through the defense. After 16 minutes of play, Vargön Alloys FC's Pär Odin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ove Heggert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pär Odin in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ove Heggert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anders Björkdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Sporting Björkberg's goal looked a bit too open when Pär Odin came free, but Ove Heggert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Sporting Björkberg's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Tönnberg came free, but Ove Heggert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ove Heggert came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Vargön Alloys FC's Pär Odin. But to his dismay, Pär Odin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 30thth minute of the game Pär Odin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Björkberg's Ove Heggert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 30 played minutes Sporting Björkberg got a freekick which was hit by Anders Björkdahl. After a defensive mix-up in Vargön Alloys FC's zone, Anders Björkdahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Åke Bjurström came out of the goal and Anders Björkdahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kalle Glad might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Åke Bjurström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kalle Glad ran back to his position shaking his head. Sven-Åke Bjurström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kalle Glad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfred Pilberg hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Pär Odin scored 0-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ove Heggert, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 46 minutes, Pär Odin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vargön Alloys FC and the Sporting Björkberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Vargön Alloys FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pär Odin to maneuver through the defense. Pär Odin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sven-Åke Bjurström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalle Glad, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Mats Tönnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Ove Heggert successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mats Tönnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ove Heggert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sporting Björkberg's Ove Heggert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pär Odin in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Vargön Alloys FC's Pär Odin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ove Heggert. Ove Heggert yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 81st minute Pär Odin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Vargön Alloys FC's Mats Tönnberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ove Heggert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mats Tönnberg got free with Ove Heggert in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pär Odin in the 93rd minute of play forced Sporting Björkberg's goalkeeper Ove Heggert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anders Björkdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Björkberg's zone, Pär Odin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ove Heggert came out of the goal and Pär Odin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pär Odin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vargön Alloys FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
