Alexander Åberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Georg Strand made a huge save. 5 minutes into the game, Inge Vassenius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Georg Strand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Morgan Örtendahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Rune Klintæus in the 9th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Sigvard Christoffersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rimbo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Christoffersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Georg Strand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Åberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Georg Strand when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Rimbo FC's Georg Strand threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alexander Åberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Georg Strand made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Alexander Åberg sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Georg Strand managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Rimbo FC's Alexander Åberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to BoysDontCry getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Joel Forsberg hit a great ball. When Rimbo FC's Alexander Åberg in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BoysDontCry's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inge Vassenius in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Georg Strand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BoysDontCry's Georg Strand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save BoysDontCry from getting a goal against them. If Torsten Hedling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torsten Hedling was the one to do the kick off. After 57 minutes, Alexander Åberg made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. BoysDontCry's Georg Strand tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Georg Strand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexander Åberg went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Åberg in the 68th minute of play forced BoysDontCry's goalkeeper Georg Strand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Åberg in the 69th minute of play forced BoysDontCry's goalkeeper Georg Strand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georg Strand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Biörkman in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in BoysDontCry's zone, Alexander Åberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Strand came out of the goal and Alexander Åberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BoysDontCry's Georg Strand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Åberg in the 79th minute of play. Bengt-Rune Klintæus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Morgan Örtendahl made a huge save. When Alexander Åberg came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Rimbo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Åberg couldn't finish the play. Alexander Åberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Strand having to interfere. Jörgen Söderqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Georg Strand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexander Åberg's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. BoysDontCry's Georg Strand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Åberg in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Rimbo FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
