The audience was convinced that Sten Olsman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Georg Strand was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, BoysDontCry's Jonatan Valström got a free kick in the 12th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Nils Östensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moholm RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils Östensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute, Bengt-Rune Klintæus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Moholm RK's Vidar Edström in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BoysDontCry's goalie prevented a goal. Bengt-Rune Klintæus struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Jakob Bergfelt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BoysDontCry. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Olsman in the 21st minute of play forced BoysDontCry's goalkeeper Georg Strand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vidar Edström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Strand having to interfere. Sten Olsman might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georg Strand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sten Olsman ran back to his position shaking his head. If Nils Östensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Georg Strand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Östensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nils Östensson to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Moholm RK's Nils Östensson got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BoysDontCry! Georg Strand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Olsman in the 67th minute of the match. Tord Björklund hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Nils Östensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in BoysDontCry's zone, Vidar Edström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Strand came out of the goal and Vidar Edström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Georg Strand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Olsman in the 90th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Bernt Utter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BoysDontCry's Georg Strand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Olsman in the 98th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Moholm RK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BoysDontCry.
