Vidar Rang hit a great ball. A throw-in in the 11th minute of the game was made by Alex Sigman with Jan-Olof Harman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Magnus Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Bagge having to interfere. Magnus Engström scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomas Bagge, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Mustalainen Lahti FC's Ernst Fagerberg in the 25th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Jens Fagerberg was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Bengaloos through an amazing save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Engström in the 28th minute of play forced Mustalainen Lahti FC's goalkeeper Thomas Bagge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aron Pålsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Bagge having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mustalainen Lahti FC's Henry Bokelund got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Magnus Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Bagge having to interfere. Thomas Bagge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magnus Engström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernst Fagerberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Aron Pålsson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Magnus Engström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Thomas Bagge skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Magnus Engström got free with Thomas Bagge in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Bengaloos's Thomas Bagge threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aron Pålsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vidar Rang got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Vidar Rang hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Aron Pålsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Bagge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aron Pålsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Olof Harman in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens Fagerberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claes Hellqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomas Bagge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Magnus Engström in the 74th minute. Thomas Bagge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Pålsson in the 75th minute of play. Aron Pålsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Thomas Bagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aron Pålsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Bagge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aron Pålsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Thomas Bagge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Magnus Engström in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Bengaloos's Aron Pålsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thomas Bagge. Thomas Bagge yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 88 minutes into the match, Magnus Engström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thomas Bagge. Mustalainen Lahti FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Magnus Engström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Aron Pålsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Thomas Bagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magnus Engström was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Bengaloos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Magnus Engström got free with Thomas Bagge in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Mustalainen Lahti FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bengaloos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
