After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Alfred Back managed to get in a good position for a shot. Genarp FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Back was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jörgen Nordin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Bastuträsk getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Torbjörn Andreasson hit a great ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Ottó Nyitrai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Genarp FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ottó Nyitrai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evert Eskilsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Edvin Sundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urban Igelström struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Jörgen Nordin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Genarp FK. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan Andreasson during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Genarp FK booed when Bastuträsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Bastuträsk defense, Ottó Nyitrai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jörgen Nordin. The Bastuträsk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jörgen Nordin should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the game, Ottó Nyitrai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Jörgen Nordin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ottó Nyitrai succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Back in the 34th minute of play forced Bastuträsk's goalkeeper Jörgen Nordin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urban Igelström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Nordin having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Leonard Asklöv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ottó Nyitrai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bastuträsk's zone, Ottó Nyitrai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jörgen Nordin came out of the goal and Ottó Nyitrai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Andreasson was shown his second yellow card after 47 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 48th minute, Jan Andreasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 49 minutes into the match, Bastuträsk's goalkeeper Jörgen Nordin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ottó Nyitrai. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Folke Vikström was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Alfred Back had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jörgen Nordin. Bastuträsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfred Back was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. A hard and well directed shot from Juli Garvetti led 58 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Bastuträsk's Jörgen Nordin became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 7-0. After some careless play in the Bastuträsk defense, Ottó Nyitrai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jörgen Nordin. The tension between the Genarp FK and the Bastuträsk players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Genarp FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juli Garvetti to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ottó Nyitrai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jörgen Nordin was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ottó Nyitrai in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jörgen Nordin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 83rd match minute, Bastuträsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Edvin Sundberg to maneuver through the defense. Ottó Nyitrai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Genarp FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
