Aron Pålsson's late challenge caught a Sandhult's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aron Pålsson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sandhult booed when Bengaloos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Pålsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens Fagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Gabrielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After some careless play in the Bengaloos defense, Dag Apelkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens Fagerberg. The Bengaloos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens Fagerberg should have stopped the shot. Tim Tunberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bror Gabrielsson was the one to do the kick off. Bengaloos's Jens Fagerberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Bengaloos from getting a goal against them. In the 56th minute, Bror Gabrielsson made a precise shot to the right of Jens Fagerberg. Bengaloos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 61st minute, Magnus Engström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens Fagerberg came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Sandhult's Bror Gabrielsson. But to his dismay, Bror Gabrielsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 70th minute, Claes Hellqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dag Apelkvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Jens Fagerberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Bengaloos's Anders Beneth got a free kick in the 74th minute. Magnus Engström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Martin Billström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens Fagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Tunberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 88th minute of the match, Bror Gabrielsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jens Fagerberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bengaloos's Jens Fagerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Apelkvist in the 92nd minute of play. Sandhult played a much better game than Bengaloos and deserved their victory. The Bengaloos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
