One of BK Olympic:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Trummenäs BK:s goal. 18 minutes into the game, Sören Spets cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Josef Bergren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, BK Olympic's Daniel Abrahamsson got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 35th minute Tony Askberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Bolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, BK Olympic's goalkeeper Josef Bergren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Håkan Apelqvist. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Sören Spets managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trummenäs BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sören Spets was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josef Bergren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. BK Olympic's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
