Sjöbo FF's Torgny Lundblad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Sjöbo FF from getting a goal against them. Torgny Lundblad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Bern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Roy Bern sped through Sjöbo FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Torgny Lundblad. Greger Fristedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Torgny Lundblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torgny Lundblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Flinck, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Sjöbo FF's Niclas Hedlund got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaf Lägdin in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunnar Eliasson saved Madagascar Gegenpressing from getting behind. Madagascar Gegenpressing's Gunnar Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Lägdin in the 40th minute of play. Torgny Lundblad was a little too slow when Greger Fristedt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. Gösta Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaf Lägdin in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gunnar Eliasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and André Flinck made a kick off. A collision led to Madagascar Gegenpressing getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Kasper Trulsson hit a great ball. Madagascar Gegenpressing's Vilhelm Boklund was substituted for Sverker Gunnarsson. The supporters of Sjöbo FF booed when Madagascar Gegenpressing was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasper Trulsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Madagascar Gegenpressing's Roy Bern in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sjöbo FF's goalie prevented a goal. 63 minutes into the game, Sjöbo FF's Gustaf Lägdin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gunnar Eliasson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 70 minutes into the game, Gösta Andersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sjöbo FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madagascar Gegenpressing the free kick. Gösta Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Roy Bern managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Madagascar Gegenpressing's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy Bern was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gösta Andersson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. Gösta Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Sjöbo FF's Torgny Lundblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Flinck in the 81st minute of play. Torgny Lundblad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Bern in the 82nd minute of play. André Flinck kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. André Flinck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torgny Lundblad having to make a save. Sjöbo FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
