Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Ove Kvarnström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Damian Czeszejko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Wilhelm Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hasselfors IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilhelm Hermansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Czeszejko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ove Kvarnström made a kick off. August Pihlblad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Hasselfors IF's Simon Söderqwist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Håkansson in the 59th minute of play. Damian Czeszejko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Kvarnström in the 89th minute of play. Östervåla IF's Damian Czeszejko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Lundblad in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute Ove Kvarnström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Czeszejko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Hasselfors IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Hedkvist to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Damian Czeszejko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
