Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrik Vennerlund in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Czeszejko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oskarshamns AIK's Harald Björkdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Håkansson in the 15th minute of play. Harald Björkdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Håkansson in the 17th minute of play. Jimmie Håkansson spun around in front of the goal 17 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Oskarshamns AIK's goal. Damian Czeszejko was a little too slow when Henrik Vennerlund got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Östervåla IF's Damian Czeszejko got control of the ball when Henrik Vennerlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harald Björkdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After a rather tough play, Oskarshamns AIK's Charlie Hadrup got a free kick in the 26th minute. Henrik Vennerlunds short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Damian Czeszejko to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 36th minute August Pihlblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Björkdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Östervåla IF's zone, Henrik Vennerlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Czeszejko came out of the goal and Henrik Vennerlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mark Österlund hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimmie Håkansson was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Oskarshamns AIK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Malcolm Emander hit a great ball. Henrik Vennerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malcolm Emander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Czeszejko having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Holger Stenman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oskarshamns AIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Holger Stenman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oskarshamns AIK's Malcolm Emander managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kurt Glad in the 62 minute of the game. 64 minutes into the game, Henrik Vennerlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Damian Czeszejko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Östervåla IF's zone, Emil Ånger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Czeszejko came out of the goal and Emil Ånger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damian Czeszejko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Vennerlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Malcolm Emander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 minutes of play, Oskarshamns AIK's Holger Stenman made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Czeszejko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Malcolm Emander's late challenge caught a Östervåla IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malcolm Emander helped the player get up and apologised. Malcolm Emander kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Oskarshamns AIK's Henrik Vennerlund got a free kick in the 90th minute. Mark Österlund scored 5-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damian Czeszejko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 96 minutes into the game, Oskarshamns AIK's Henrik Vennerlund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damian Czeszejko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Oskarshamns AIK fully deserved thier win.
