Östervåla IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Sundström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 6 minutes into the game, Karl-Åke Waller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Damian Czeszejko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Damian Czeszejko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Sundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of IF Leikin booed when Östervåla IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Lundin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Czeszejko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Åke Waller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Östervåla IF's Damian Czeszejko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Kaxe in the 13th minute of play. Damian Czeszejko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Åke Waller went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute Karl-Åke Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Czeszejko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Alf Andersson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damian Czeszejko. Peter Sundström kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Jimmie Håkansson came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Östervåla IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimmie Håkansson couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Östervåla IF's Valter Hult got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Östervåla IF's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Andersson came free, but Damian Czeszejko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damian Czeszejko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Karl-Åke Waller took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Czeszejko. Damian Czeszejko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Damian Czeszejko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Åke Waller in the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Erik Vallengren in the 44th minute of play forced Östervåla IF's goalkeeper Damian Czeszejko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Åke Waller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Czeszejko having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Damian Czeszejko was a little too slow when Karl-Åke Waller got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 58th minute, Jimmie Håkansson made a precise shot to the right of Vilhelm Vinström. IF Leikin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. In the 64th match minute, Östervåla IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isak Skoglund to maneuver through the defense. Valter Hult charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valter Hult the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Östervåla IF's Valter Hult got a free kick in the 67th minute. August Pihlblad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Czeszejko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Erik Vallengren in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Peter Sundström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute Karl-Åke Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Czeszejko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 minutes of play, IF Leikin's Peter Sundström made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Czeszejko was left in no man's land by his defense there!
