Spectators: 7547 (Terracing: 5662, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lennart Tinglöv kicked off to start the match. Jens-Åke Löv was a little too slow when Valter Hult got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Jens-Åke Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valter Hult in the 10th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Östervåla IF's zone, Lucas Lindblom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Czeszejko came out of the goal and Lucas Lindblom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When August Pihlblad fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Östervåla IF's protests and gave August Pihlblad a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Östervåla IF got a freekick which was hit by August Pihlblad. Damian Czeszejko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göran Ivarsson in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Tinglöv in the 19th minute of play forced Östervåla IF's goalkeeper Damian Czeszejko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Åke Löv made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Valter Hult sent off a good shot on target. Jakob Sandberg hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Östervåla IF's Damian Czeszejko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Tinglöv in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimmie Håkansson to strike the kick off in the second half. Damian Czeszejko made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Lennart Tinglöv sent off a good shot on target. Jimmie Håkansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute of the match Zebastian Lingren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Åke Löv showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zebastian Lingren charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zebastian Lingren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Östervåla IF's Zebastian Lingren got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 70 minutes into the game, Folke Wiklund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Östervåla IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sommen the free kick. In the 70th minute, Folke Wiklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sommen's Lucas Lindblom got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 76 played minutes Östervåla IF got a freekick which was hit by Zebastian Lingren. The supporters of Sommen booed when Östervåla IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stellan Vedholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the last second Damian Czeszejko throw himself and got hold of the ball when Göran Ivarsson in the 82ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Lennart Tinglöv struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Damian Czeszejko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sommen. 87 minutes into the game, Östervåla IF's Jimmie Håkansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Åke Löv made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Lennart Tinglöv kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Damian Czeszejko. That made the score 3-2 in the 91 minute of play. Damian Czeszejko made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Lennart Tinglöv sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew the final whistle, Östervåla IF could leave the field as winners, despite Sommen having more of the ball for most of the match.
