Mostafa Muhammed blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Andersson having to make a save. Paquito Navarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Andersson having to interfere. Paquito Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yacht Club's Willem-Jan Woldersgaard got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paul Björnsson was the one to do the kick off. Mostafa Muhammed blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Andersson having to make a save. If Paquito Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Andersson made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Paquito Navarro sent off a good shot on target. Jan-Ove Vennerström charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Ove Vennerström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Yacht Club players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Björkängs FF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
