A very good chance. 18 minutes into the game, Jon Ålberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mikael Ekenberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon Ålberg in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kiruna's zone, Jon Ålberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikael Ekenberg came out of the goal and Jon Ålberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Klas Glanselius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Kiruna's Klas Glanselius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stig Helander. That made the score 1-1 after 45 minutes of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jon Ålberg made a kick off. Olof Sandström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Ekenberg having to interfere. Mikael Ekenberg made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Olof Sandström sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Kiruna getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ingmar Nord hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Kiruna's goalkeeper Mikael Ekenberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olof Sandström. After recieving a nice pass, Tottenham FC's Wiktor Andersson tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tottenham FC's Wiktor Andersson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mikael Ekenberg but with some difficulty. After some careless play in the Tottenham FC defense, Ingmar Nord kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stig Helander. The Tottenham FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stig Helander should have stopped the shot. When Leo Lindström came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Kiruna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Lindström couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Olof Sandström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mikael Ekenberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Kiruna booed when Tottenham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Ennegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig Helander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klas Glanselius, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 94 played minutes, Kiruna's Jarl Ahlbeck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stig Helander came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kiruna reached it. In the 95th match minute, Tottenham FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Ennegren to maneuver through the defense. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
