When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Malcolm Nordlund sped through Hallstavik IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roger Gunnarsson. Biagio Scarpone kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Roger Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Snäll in the 43rd minute of the match. If Malcolm Nordlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Malcolm Nordlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Gunnarsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Roger Gunnarsson came out of the goal and Rickard Snäll tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute Rickard Snäll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match, Biagio Scarpone tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roger Gunnarsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the final whistle sounded FC Vitteryd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hallstavik IK.
