Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Evert Finman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Stall Brasselir's Sverker Ekelund got control of the ball when August Simonsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 4th minute, Dennis Linberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stall Brasselir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 8 played minutes Stall Brasselir got a freekick which was hit by Georg Gustafsson. Sverker Ekelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Finman in the 13th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Kinnarumma IFK's Tor Lindgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sverker Ekelund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th match minute, Stall Brasselir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Wahlnäs to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Vidman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sverker Ekelund. Stall Brasselir's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match, Evert Finman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sverker Ekelund saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stall Brasselir's goalkeeper Sverker Ekelund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Finman in the 35th minute of play forced Stall Brasselir's goalkeeper Sverker Ekelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tor Lindgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sverker Ekelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evert Finman in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sverker Ekelund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tor Lindgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Sverker Ekelund made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis Linberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Evert Finman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 minutes of play, Kinnarumma IFK's Tor Lindgren made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sverker Ekelund was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Kinnarumma IFK's zone, Leo Johansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Stenquist came out of the goal and Leo Johansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor Lindgren in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sverker Ekelund saved Stall Brasselir from getting behind. Tor Lindgren took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sverker Ekelund. Sverker Ekelund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Evert Finman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Sverker Ekelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Leo Johansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stall Brasselir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Johansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sverker Ekelund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Finman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sverker Ekelund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evert Finman's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Sverker Ekelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Finman in the 83rd minute of play. Sverker Ekelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Simonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 93rd minute, Gösta Wickander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Kinnarumma IFK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
