Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Torgny Henriksson started the match with the kick off. Erik Malmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Henriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erland Falkrans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Malmgren having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Blunts United got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Lenberg. Torgny Henriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Erik Malmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. William Alströmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute Torgny Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Malmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Torgny Henriksson fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hörby's protests and gave Torgny Henriksson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, Hörby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgny Henriksson to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, Blunts United's Magnus Abrahamsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Magnus Sundström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Torgny Henriksson struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Erik Malmgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hörby. Mariano Basualdo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Magnus Sundström. Magnus Sundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erland Falkrans got free with Erik Malmgren in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariano Basualdo to strike the kick off in the second half. Magnus Sundström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Magnus Abrahamsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the game, Erland Falkrans landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Joar Ivarsson charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joar Ivarsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Joar Ivarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Hörby's Viggo Tinglöf broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With 67 minutes on the clock, Jan-Ove Edström commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 67 minutes into the game, one of Hörby:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 0-6 became the score in the 72nd minute when Magnus Abrahamsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. August Lindmark hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hörby's zone, Mariano Basualdo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Sundström came out of the goal and Mariano Basualdo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. William Alströmer kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Magnus Sundström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mariano Basualdo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Magnus Sundström 89 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Joacim Dahlgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Malmgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8. The Hörby supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Blunts United's performance. The match ended with a win for Blunts United.
