Eric Beckström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Henry Blomberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 11th match minute, Bajen Fans Talanger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Fridlund to maneuver through the defense. Georg Torsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Göransson in the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Andy Göransson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Norrahammar IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andy Göransson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Torsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo-Erik Lindström in the 24th minute of play. Andy Göransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Georg Torsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sven Wahlström came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Bajen Fans Talanger fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven Wahlström couldn't finish the play. Eric Beckström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Blomberg having to interfere. Henry Blomberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Eric Beckström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bo-Erik Lindström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry Blomberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Beckström in the 85th minute of the match. With a little luck, Bajen Fans Talanger's Georg Torsberg got control of the ball when Andy Göransson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute Ronny Lundin suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Frank Jakobsson charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frank Jakobsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bajen Fans Talanger's Albin Johansson was substituted for Ronny Lundin. In the 92nd minute, Frank Jakobsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chants of Norrahammar IFK echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Bajen Fans Talanger had held the ball for most of the match.
