Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Börge Friberger made the kick off which started today's match. Filip Lagerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Patrik Bergendahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Lagerberg during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Richard Fanström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute Fred Berglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Bergendahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fred Berglund succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Rune Kock hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Urban Bohlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vänersborg BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urban Bohlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrik Bergendahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Lagerberg in the 16th minute of the match. Patrik Bergendahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urban Bohlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Tommy Ersman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Börge Friberger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Filip Lagerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vänersborg BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Lagerberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrik Bergendahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 27 played minutes Hällefors got a freekick which was hit by Rune Kock. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Richard Fanström during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Patrik Bergendahl came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Vänersborg BF's Urban Bohlin. But to his dismay, Urban Bohlin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 40th minute, Tim Wiman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hällefors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 44 minutes into the match, Hällefors's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Berglund came free, but Patrik Bergendahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Vänersborg BF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urban Bohlin made a kick off. Joachim Bergman hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Rune Kock kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Hällefors's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Lagerberg came free, but Patrik Bergendahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Richard Fanström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 62 minutes, Andreas Widberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hällefors and the Vänersborg BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Andreas Widberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urban Bohlin might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrik Bergendahl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urban Bohlin ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, Vänersborg BF's goal looked a bit too open when Börge Friberger came free, but Sigvard Browall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Hällefors's Rune Kock nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sigvard Browall made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 84th play minute Urban Bohlin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Patrik Bergendahl. 2-4. After a rather tough play, Hällefors's Tim Wiman got a free kick in the 87th minute. Patrik Bergendahl made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Urban Bohlin sent off a good shot on target. Joachim Bergman kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
