Spectators: 7103 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrik Forsberg started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Patrick Hedling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hans Björkman fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Böle Boulevard's protests and gave Hans Björkman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Böle Boulevard's Hans Björkman got a free kick in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Böle Boulevard's zone, Olof Wennerström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven Grönberg came out of the goal and Olof Wennerström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven Grönberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pelle Flinck, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Dan Bergstedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrik Forsberg in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pelle Flinck in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven Grönberg saved FC Böle Boulevard from getting behind. After 34 minutes, Sven-Arne Offendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Böle Boulevard and the Jämjö IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patrik Forsberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dan Bergstedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrik Forsberg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute Patrik Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Bergstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Pelle Flinck made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FC Böle Boulevard's zone, Patrick Hedling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven Grönberg came out of the goal and Patrick Hedling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrik Forsberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dan Bergstedt having to make a save. Pelle Flinck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Malte Giliusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Pelle Flinck put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sven Grönberg. The supporters of FC Böle Boulevard booed when Jämjö IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Bodin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Pelle Flinck made a precise shot to the right of Sven Grönberg. FC Böle Boulevard's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Pelle Flinck had several of the FC Böle Boulevard's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Sven Grönberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. Dan Bergstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Samuelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ludwig Waller fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jämjö IFK's protests and gave Ludwig Waller a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Jämjö IFK got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Waller. Sven Grönberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pelle Flinck in the 79th minute. Patrik Forsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Bergstedt having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Henning Bodin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jämjö IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Henning Bodin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven Grönberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FC Böle Boulevard fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jämjö IFK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
