Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 2 played minutes Hällefors got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Widberg. After 11 played minutes Jämjö IFK got a freekick which was hit by Henning Bodin. 13 minutes into the game, Henrik Almstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jämjö IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hällefors the free kick. In the 13th minute, Henrik Almstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richard Fanströms short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Dan Bergstedt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pelle Flinck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pelle Flinck in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrik Bergendahl saved Hällefors from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Börge Friberger fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dan Bergstedt, passed just outside the right post. After some careless play in the Hällefors defense, Claes Lindholm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrik Bergendahl. The Hällefors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrik Bergendahl should have stopped the shot. After 45 minutes of play, Jämjö IFK's Pelle Flinck made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrik Bergendahl was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Hällefors players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jämjö IFK were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Börge Friberger made a kick off. Henning Bodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Bergendahl having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Pelle Flinck fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Patrik Bergendahl, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claes Lindholm during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jämjö IFK's Claes Lindholm got a free kick in the 58th minute. Dan Bergstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Fanström in the 60th minute of play. Pelle Flinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Patrik Bergendahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rune Kock kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After having played for 72 minutes, Pelle Flinck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jämjö IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pelle Flinck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pelle Flinck in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrik Bergendahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, Henrik Almstedt notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Hällefors's Patrik Bergendahl. Patrik Bergendahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th minute Richard Fanström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Bergstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Hällefors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Wiman to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Börge Friberger made a precise shot to the right of Dan Bergstedt. Jämjö IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. When the final whistle sounded Jämjö IFK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hällefors.
