Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rune Landin made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd match minute, IFK Red Bull was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Erik Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Arenius in the 4th minute of play forced IFK Red Bull's goalkeeper Ian Skoglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arne Rolandsson was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Rune Landin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rune Landin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 9th minute Herman Nyström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Skoglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to IFK Red Bull getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Johannes Björck hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Herman Nyström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ian Skoglund was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Mats Åhlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ian Skoglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Skoglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt Kellman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt Kellman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Skoglund having to interfere. Arne Rolandsson was a little too slow when Rune Landin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-0. Arne Rolandsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Landin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ian Skoglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Åhlberg in the 29th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 34 minutes into the game, when Henric Stenkvist put in a rough tackle. Arne Rolandsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otto Brummer in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Bengt Kellman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ian Skoglund. IFK Red Bull's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bengt Kellman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Herman Nyström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Herman Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sakumo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herman Nyström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arne Rolandsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Brummer in the 54th minute of the match. Sakumo's Arne Rolandsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Björck in the 56th minute of play. IFK Red Bull's Ian Skoglund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Red Bull from getting a goal against them. Sakumo's Arne Rolandsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Brummer in the 61st minute of play. After 61st play minutes Otto Brummer shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Arne Rolandsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Ian Skoglund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herman Nyström in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Sakumo defense, Otto Brummer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Rolandsson. The Sakumo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Rolandsson should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiph Pihlberg in the 82nd minute of play forced Sakumo's goalkeeper Arne Rolandsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arne Rolandsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Galle in the 85th minute of play. A hard shot 86 in the game by Mats Åhlberg from a close distance when the talented Ian Skoglund managed to make a qualified save. IFK Red Bull's players were relieved. In the 91st minute, Filiph Pihlberg made a precise shot to the right of Arne Rolandsson. Sakumo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Arne Rolandsson came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Red Bull's Otto Brummer. But to his dismay, Otto Brummer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Sakumo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
