Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Filip Frisck kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Bräcke FC booed when Göteborg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonny Zachrisson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 played minutes Bräcke FC got a freekick which was hit by Kalle Bergqvist. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joakim Rolandsson during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joakim Rolandsson hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Göteborg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Frisck came free, but Jonatan Majman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 23 minutes, Jörn Haeger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Göteborg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörn Haeger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Bräcke FC's Kalle Bergqvist got a free kick in the 30th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Kalle Bergqvist notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Göteborg FC's Jonatan Majman. Jonatan Majman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Robert Lagerberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peter Ahlin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Bräcke FC got a freekick which was hit by Filip Frisck. Göteborg FC were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Bräcke FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joakim Rolandsson took the corner. After a rather tough play, Göteborg FC's Jörn Haeger got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Christer Hermansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leif Åman hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joakim Rolandsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Peter Ahlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Lagerberg in the 53rd minute of the match. Filip Frisck received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonatan Majman came out and tried to block the shot, but Filip Frisck slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 55th minute. After 59 minutes, Kalle Bergqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bräcke FC and the Göteborg FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Bräcke FC got a freekick which was hit by Kalle Bergqvist. In the 69th minute, Bräcke FC's Filip Frisck dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Peter Ahlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Rolandsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Jonny Zachrisson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Ahlin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 79th minute, Kurt Dalman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Joakim Rolandsson came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Göteborg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joakim Rolandsson couldn't finish the play. When Bräcke FC's Filip Frisck in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Göteborg FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jonatan Majman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Frisck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Bräcke FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
