Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thomas Olsson started the match with the kick off. Robert Wydrych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Nyström in the 3rd minute of the match. Arne Rolandsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Olsson went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Engström in the 9th minute of play forced Sakumo's goalkeeper Arne Rolandsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Börje Svanström during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sakumo's Börje Svanström got a free kick in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Olsson in the 12th minute of play forced Sakumo's goalkeeper Arne Rolandsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Wydrych made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mats Åhlberg in the 15th minute. Robert Wydrych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Nyström in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Stig Modig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Rolandsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Wydrych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herman Nyström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arne Rolandsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stig Modig went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Arboga IK's Stellan Häger got a free kick in the 29th minute. Mats Åhlberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 31st minute, Sakumo's Bengt Kellman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Bengt Kellman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robert Wydrych. That made the score 2-2 in the 38 minute of play. Douglas Arenius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Robert Wydrych tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Herman Nyström made the kick off in the second half. Robert Wydrych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Åhlberg in the 55th minute of play. Sakumo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edward Kjellman 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. Melker Lundberg kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Arboga IK's Robert Wydrych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman Nyström in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Åhlberg in the 70th minute of play forced Arboga IK's goalkeeper Robert Wydrych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arboga IK's Robert Wydrych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Kellman in the 72nd minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Melker Lundberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arboga IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sakumo the free kick. Martin Engström scored 2-4 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arne Rolandsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sakumo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Edward Kjellman scored to the left of an out of position Arne Rolandsson, making the score, 2-5. In the 86th minute Douglas Arenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Wydrych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Sakumo's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Kjellman came free, but Arne Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Arboga IK's Thomas Olsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arne Rolandsson. That made the score 2-7 after 96 minutes of play. Arboga IK played a much better game than Sakumo and deserved their victory. The Sakumo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
