Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Michael Grönberg got the match started through his kick off. After 2 minutes, Isak Bennet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vetlanda and the Fethaxx United players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ture Kellbom in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jörgen Söderström saved Vetlanda from getting behind. Adam Berggren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Grönberg in the 12th minute of play. Jan Jonasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Berggren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Lennart Ånger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fethaxx United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vetlanda the free kick. A collision led to Fethaxx United getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lennart Ånger hit a great ball. Tom Häger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Adam Berggren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Michael Grönberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Berggren having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Jan Jonasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adam Berggren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Grönberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Jörgen Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ture Kellbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vetlanda's Michael Grönberg, in the 30th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Vetlanda. 34 minutes into the match, Fethaxx United's goalkeeper Adam Berggren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Jonasson. After 36 played minutes Michael Grönberg rounded Fethaxx United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Michael Grönberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Adam Berggren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adam Berggren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fethaxx United's Adam Berggren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Fethaxx United from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Matthias Gallberg made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Fethaxx United's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Bjursell came free, but Adam Berggren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Berggren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Grönberg's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Michael Grönberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Fethaxx United's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Grönberg came free, but Adam Berggren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vetlanda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Grönberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Fethaxx United's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Häger came free, but Adam Berggren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Berggren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Grönberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tom Häger scored 2-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Berggren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tom Häger took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Berggren. Adam Berggren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Grönberg in the 80th minute of play forced Fethaxx United's goalkeeper Adam Berggren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Michael Grönberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vetlanda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Grönberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vetlanda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Häger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd match minute, Fethaxx United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Ånger to maneuver through the defense. When Tom Häger came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Vetlanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Häger couldn't finish the play. Vetlanda were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fethaxx United for a fine match.
