Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The Nykvarn fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Nykvarn's Tor Josefsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dick Petersson hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Nykvarn's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dick Petersson 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Krister Brun lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 13 minutes into the game, one of Fritsla:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 15th minute there was a penalty for Nykvarn. Pontus Tunström stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Allan Bäck. 1-2. Dick Petersson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Jonas Erserman might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Allan Bäck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Erserman ran back to his position shaking his head. Allan Bäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tor Josefsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 28th minute Tor Josefsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Bäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fredrik Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fredrik Holmgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliver Bergfeldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Nykvarn's Tor Josefsson got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oliver Bergfeldt was a little too slow when Fredrik Holmgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rune Adelsköld during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rune Adelsköld kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nykvarn's Marko Törnkvist got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tor Josefsson made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henning Nyqvist during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fritsla getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Henning Nyqvist hit a great ball. Fredrik Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tor Josefsson succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. In the 71st minute, Alfred Mikaelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Fritsla booed when Nykvarn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hampus Hammarström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Fritsla's Jan-Olof Bergsten broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 76th minute, Nykvarn's Tor Josefsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Allan Bäck. Allan Bäck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. After 81 played minutes Tor Josefsson rounded Fritsla's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-5. Henning Nyqvist got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Henning Nyqvist hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Tor Josefsson came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Nykvarn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tor Josefsson couldn't finish the play. The Fritsla supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nykvarn's performance. The match ended with a win for Nykvarn.
