Spectators: 7459 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 60) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rolf Stray started the match with the kick off. Thomas Åkesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Vidar Hagström made a huge save. In the 8th minute Folke Beneth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vidar Hagström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vidar Hagström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Åkesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute of the match, Folke Beneth tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vidar Hagström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 11 minutes, Melker Fanström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trixiborg FC and the Långaryd BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Långaryd BK booed when Trixiborg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melker Fanström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 played minutes Folke Beneth rounded Trixiborg FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 18th minute Elliott Stenkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Fridlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rolf Stray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Långaryd BK's Akim Robakidze ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vidar Hagström. Vidar Hagström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Långaryd BK's Akim Robakidze slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vidar Hagström. That made the score 4-0 after 27 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Trixiborg FC's Henry Tidén got a free kick in the 29th minute. Rolf Stray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vidar Hagström having to interfere. Vidar Hagström came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Långaryd BK's Folke Beneth. But to his dismay, Folke Beneth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 36 minutes of play, Långaryd BK's Folke Beneth made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vidar Hagström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the last second Vidar Hagström throw himself and got hold of the ball when Folke Beneth in the 45thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Folke Beneth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 54th minute, Folke Beneth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Långaryd BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After 58 minutes of play, Långaryd BK's Folke Beneth made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vidar Hagström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vidar Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akim Robakidze in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akim Robakidze in the 64th minute of play forced Trixiborg FC's goalkeeper Vidar Hagström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andy Wästerberg charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andy Wästerberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Trixiborg FC's Andy Wästerberg got a free kick in the 68th minute. After having played for 70 minutes, Thomas Åkesson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Långaryd BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Åkesson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Andy Wästerberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. When Lukas Nordlander came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Långaryd BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lukas Nordlander couldn't finish the play. Vidar Hagström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Stray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Långaryd BK's Tommy Viklund in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trixiborg FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 79th minute, Thomas Åkesson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vidar Hagström was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Vidar Hagström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Stray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vidar Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akim Robakidze in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Rolf Stray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folke Beneth in the 88th minute of play forced Trixiborg FC's goalkeeper Vidar Hagström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trixiborg FC's Vidar Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Stray in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Trixiborg FC defense, Folke Beneth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vidar Hagström. The Trixiborg FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vidar Hagström should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute Akim Robakidze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vidar Hagström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Långaryd BK had played much better football throughout.
