Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5741, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when John Lind took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alexander Sellberg let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 3rd minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. Alexander Sellberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Josef Ahlquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexander Sellberg ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Eksjö IFK's Josef Ahlquist got control of the ball when Alex Szigligeti tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute of the match, Alexander Sellberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Josef Ahlquist was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Hermansson in the 12th minute of play forced Sydkoster's goalkeeper Gösta Ekegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Alex Szigligeti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Josef Ahlquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Ralf Gadd's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Josef Ahlquist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alexander Sellberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Josef Ahlquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicco Oolo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Josef Ahlquist made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Alexander Sellberg sent off a good shot on target. Vicco Oolo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Sydkoster's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Vicco Oolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute of the match, Georg Sandström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Josef Ahlquist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 29 minutes into the match, Eksjö IFK's goalkeeper Josef Ahlquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ralf Gadd. Vicco Oolo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Georg Sandström took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Josef Ahlquist to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Alexander Sellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sydkoster's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Sellberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josef Ahlquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vicco Oolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Vicco Oolo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Josef Ahlquist. That made the score 4-0 in the 48 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Ralf Gadd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Ahlquist having to interfere. If Alex Szigligeti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ralf Gadd in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Josef Ahlquist saved Eksjö IFK from getting behind. Sydkoster's Gösta Ekegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Sydkoster from getting a goal against them. Alexander Sellberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Ahlquist having to interfere. After some careless play in the Eksjö IFK defense, Vicco Oolo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Josef Ahlquist. The Eksjö IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Josef Ahlquist should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the game, Vicco Oolo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Josef Ahlquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 72 minutes into the game, Vicco Oolo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sydkoster's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eksjö IFK the free kick. Vicco Oolo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Josef Ahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Szigligeti, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Ralf Gadd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes of play, Sydkoster's Alexander Sellberg made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Josef Ahlquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Eksjö IFK's zone, Alexander Sellberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josef Ahlquist came out of the goal and Alexander Sellberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gösta Ekegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Lind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josef Ahlquist came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Sydkoster's Ralf Gadd. But to his dismay, Ralf Gadd quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. When the referee ended the match the Sydkoster players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
