Edgar Målare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Sefastsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Malcolm Sikström scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Linus Skröder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Simon Giliusson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Linus Skröder. That made the score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. Mats Månsson lost his temper 25 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Linghed fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Bernt Wikander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Edgar Målare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walter Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Målare having to interfere. Walter Sundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Edgar Målare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After a rather tough play, Linghed's Johannes Rosendal got a free kick in the 51st minute. Simon Giliusson, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 52nd minute of the match Simon Giliusson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Linus Skröder showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 53 played minutes Linghed got a freekick which was hit by Boris Sefastsson. After 54 played minutes, Sköndals IK's Sven-Erik Kling shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Linus Skröder came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sköndals IK reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oliver Uter during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sköndals IK's Oliver Uter got a free kick in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Sköndals IK's Simon Giliusson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Linus Skröder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Sven-Erik Kling hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Gabriel Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Skröder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Linus Skröder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Erik Kling in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Linghed's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sven-Erik Kling was slow to take the kick. During this time Sköndals IK's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Linghed's goalie and right to Malcolm Sikström. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Linghed's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Sköndals IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Bernt Wikander scored to the left of an out of position Edgar Målare, making the score, 5-1. Sköndals IK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
