Greger Hammarberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Torgny Nordkvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 7 minutes into the match, Bredsidastolpein FF's goal looked a bit too open when Greger Hammarberg came free, but Torgny Nordkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milian Villaseñor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Egil Strömqvist went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Greger Hammarberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Torgny Nordkvist was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 13th minute, Urban Holmgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joachim Nyman charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Joacim Grubb was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match. Bredsidastolpein FF:s Torgny Nordkvist showed great skill when he stopped Greger Hammarberg:s penalty. In the 47th minute, Greger Hammarberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torgny Nordkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

After 54 played minutes Bredsidastolpein FF got a freekick which was hit by Egil Strömqvist. Milian Villaseñor was a little too slow when Rudolf Bergvall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 3-2. In the 62nd minute Conny Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torgny Nordkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Bertil Kollberg notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Karlshamns AAK's Milian Villaseñor. Milian Villaseñor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Bredsidastolpein FF defense, Joachim Nyman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torgny Nordkvist. The Bredsidastolpein FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torgny Nordkvist should have stopped the shot. Torgny Nordkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Greger Hammarberg's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Torgny Nordkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ture Jönsson in the 75th minute of the match. Torgny Nordkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greger Hammarberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Gottfrid Jönsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Milian Villaseñor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th match minute, Karlshamns AAK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egon Svensson to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Leo Wallmark managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. 87 minutes into the match, Karlshamns AAK's goalkeeper Milian Villaseñor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bertil Kollberg. In the last second Milian Villaseñor throw himself and got hold of the ball when Egil Strömqvist in the 88thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Gottfrid Jönsson hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Karlshamns AAK's Fabiano de Souza was substituted for Joachim Nyman. Gottfrid Jönsson hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Karlshamns AAK were the better team. Karlshamns AAK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
