Lannavaara IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Niklas Njurenius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tord Joensson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tord Joensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walter Ahlén in the 27th minute. Kilsmo Finest were furious when Isac Samuelsson was red carded, 29 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kilsmo Finest fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niklas Njurenius to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Lannavaara IF's zone, Alexander Ödmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Ekström came out of the goal and Alexander Ödmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ralf Eliasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Adrian Ekström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 62 in the game by Christian Nordal from a close distance when the talented Adrian Ekström managed to make a qualified save. Lannavaara IF's players were relieved. When Allan Westerberg came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Kilsmo Finest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Westerberg couldn't finish the play. After 70 played minutes Kilsmo Finest got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Eliasson. The supporters of Lannavaara IF booed when Kilsmo Finest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Westerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niklas Njurenius kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. If Christian Nordal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th minute Christian Nordal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Ekström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lannavaara IF's goalkeeper Adrian Ekström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Alexander Ödmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Lannavaara IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kilsmo Finest were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
