To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Arvid Benett fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stora Blå's protests and gave Arvid Benett a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Arvid Benett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Stora Blå getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ingvar Alkvist hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Stora Blå defense, Harald Nordkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Nordin. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Skövde Vikings FC fully deserved thier win.
