Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5689, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 10) Douglas Meriti started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Minnesbergs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Hammarström came free, but Boris Malmgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Meriti succeeded in the game's 6th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After a rather tough play, Smygehamn FK's Bengt Haglund got a free kick in the 9th minute. Douglas Meriti in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gottfrid Törnkvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Smygehamn FK's Gottfrid Törnkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Smygehamn FK from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the game, Jakob Hammarström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Smygehamn FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minnesbergs IF the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, Smygehamn FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Hammarström to maneuver through the defense. After 30 minutes, Fabiano Portov made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Smygehamn FK's Gottfrid Törnkvist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Douglas Meriti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gottfrid Törnkvist. That made the score 4-0 in the 36 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabiano Portov in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gottfrid Törnkvist saved Smygehamn FK from getting behind. Jakob Hammarström got his second yellow card in the match during the 41st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 42 played minutes Smygehamn FK got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Hammarström. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute, Fabiano Portov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Douglas Meriti in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gottfrid Törnkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabiano Portov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gottfrid Törnkvist having to interfere. Fabiano Portov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Douglas Meriti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gottfrid Törnkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Gottfrid Törnkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Portov, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Fabiano Portov sped through Smygehamn FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gottfrid Törnkvist. The supporters of Smygehamn FK booed when Minnesbergs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apostol Zhablyanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Jakob Helander sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Boris Malmgren threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Jakob Helander this time. After 87 minutes of play, Minnesbergs IF's Bernt Månsson made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gottfrid Törnkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Douglas Meriti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
