Smatter's Rudolf Arhenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Bäcklin in the 4th minute of play. After having played for 5 minutes, Pontus Lennartsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aurelia Invictus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pontus Lennartsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jon Rydberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erik Sigman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Smatter getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Kent Eriksson hit a great ball. Rudolf Arhenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Bäcklin in the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to Aurelia Invictus getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Leonardo Arvidsson hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Olof Pihlberg in the 18th minute of play forced Aurelia Invictus's goalkeeper Erik Sigman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Jan-Olof Pihlberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erik Sigman. Jan-Olof Pihlberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Pontus Lennartsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rudolf Arhenius. Smatter's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pontus Lennartsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jon Rydberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 36th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Olof Pihlberg in the 42nd minute of play forced Aurelia Invictus's goalkeeper Erik Sigman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Aurelia Invictus's Lennart Lundberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45thth minute of the game Olof Bäcklin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Smatter's Rudolf Arhenius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olof Bäcklin to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Smatter's goalkeeper Rudolf Arhenius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Lundberg. Jan-Olof Pihlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Sigman having to interfere. Olof Bäcklins short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Rudolf Arhenius to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rudolf Arhenius was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Olof Bäcklin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 66 minute of play. With a little luck, Smatter's Rudolf Arhenius got control of the ball when Björn Ahlfors tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rudolf Arhenius made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Björn Ahlfors sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 73 minutes, Jon Rydberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aurelia Invictus's Erik Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Rydberg in the 83rd minute of play. Leonardo Arvidsson hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Smatter's Olle Asklund got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute Jan-Olof Pihlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Sigman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Smatter booed when Aurelia Invictus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Lundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Olof Bäcklin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aurelia Invictus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. The Smatter supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Aurelia Invictus's performance. The match ended with a win for Aurelia Invictus.
