After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Kostas Eleftherakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Västa Tommarp IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kostas Eleftherakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Eliasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Benjamin Öberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mark Eliasson. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. In the 8th minute, Ulf Göransson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kostas Eleftherakis got free with Mark Eliasson in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mark Eliasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Strömberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute Ulf Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kostas Eleftherakis struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Mark Eliasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Västa Tommarp IF. Kyrkbyns IF were furious when Bror Salkvist was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When Benjamin Öberg came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Västa Tommarp IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Öberg couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Västa Tommarp IF's Stefan Gunnarsson got a free kick in the 28th minute. David Böcklund was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of Västa Tommarp IF booed when Kyrkbyns IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Böcklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edward Grelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Edmund Myr stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernt Örtendahl's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Kyrkbyns IF's Mark Eliasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Kyrkbyns IF from getting a goal against them. In the 46th match minute, Västa Tommarp IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Frisck to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes Västa Tommarp IF got a freekick which was hit by Michel Frisck. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After having played for 53 minutes, Ulf Göransson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Västa Tommarp IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulf Göransson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Jelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Edmund Myr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mark Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Strömberg in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Kyrkbyns IF's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Öberg came free, but Mark Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Västa Tommarp IF booed when Kyrkbyns IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Grelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mark Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Strömberg in the 83rd minute of the match. Peder Hellkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Kyrkbyns IF's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Öberg came free, but Mark Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Öberg in the 93rd minute of play forced Kyrkbyns IF's goalkeeper Mark Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kyrkbyns IF's Mark Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Öberg in the 95th minute of play. Stefan Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Västa Tommarp IF were the better team. Västa Tommarp IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
