Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Per-Erik Alefors took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Kurt Ek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fårbo FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sunne the free kick. In the 6th minute Per-Erik Alefors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Barck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristian Wikander hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Sunne's goal looked a bit too open when Elliot Nyman came free, but Charles Nässén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Kurt Ek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charles Nässén. Sunne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kurt Ek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Erik Alefors in the 23rd minute of play forced Fårbo FF's goalkeeper Henry Barck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Erik Alefors was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 35th minute Kurt Ek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Nässén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Nässén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elliot Nyman's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Anton Lindell's late challenge caught a Fårbo FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Lindell helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Sunne got a freekick which was hit by Anton Lindell. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elliot Nyman to make the kick off. Kurt Ek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Charles Nässén when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sunne's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Evert Benet was slow to take the kick. During this time Fårbo FF's players had a chance to rest. Charles Nässén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kurt Ek in the 59th minute. Kurt Ek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Nässén having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Elliot Nyman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elliot Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurt Ek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Charles Nässén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elliot Nyman got in the 83rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Charles Nässén handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When Maximilian Malm fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sunne's protests and gave Maximilian Malm a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 played minutes Sunne got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Malm. Kurt Ek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Charles Nässén firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kurt Ek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Fårbo FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fårbo FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
