The excitement rose when AIK-BÄST I STAN's Wictor Bengtsson after 16 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Ersmarks IK's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-1. Edward Eliasson charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edward Eliasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ersmarks IK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. The supporters of AIK-BÄST I STAN booed when Ersmarks IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Eliasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arne Holmberg was the one to do the kick off.
