Jonas Åström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Aleberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Bengt-Åke Aleberg scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Åström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Valdemar Lindholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fagerås's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemar Lindholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filip Pilgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute Bengt-Åke Aleberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fagerås's Valdemar Lindholm got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Bengt-Åke Aleberg made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Åström. Fagerås's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Bo Arvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Filip Pilgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Vidman kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Bo Arvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
If Olov Carlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Jonas Åström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonas Åström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charles Ambjörnsson went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 64th minute, Charles Ambjörnsson made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Åström. Fagerås's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Douglas Harman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filip Pilgren having to interfere. The supporters of Fagerås booed when Ljugarbänken Bollklubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Ahlfors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filip Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Nilsson in the 74th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ljugarbänken Bollklubb's zone, Bo Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filip Pilgren came out of the goal and Bo Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bo Arvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bo Arvidsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st match minute, Ljugarbänken Bollklubb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Hammarberg to maneuver through the defense. Valdemar Lindholm might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Pilgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valdemar Lindholm ran back to his position shaking his head. 95 minutes into the match, Fagerås's Valdemar Lindholm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filip Pilgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rasmus Fanström came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonas Åström could save by the left post. Chants of Ljugarbänken Bollklubb echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Fagerås had held the ball for most of the match.
