Valdemar Lindholm struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Knut Pååk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fagerås. Sakarias Nilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Pååk having to interfere. Sakarias Nilsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Knut Pååk having to make a save. Douglas Harman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Pååk having to interfere. Niclas Jernberg hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flaxenvik FC's goalkeeper Knut Pååk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fagerås's Bo Arvidsson got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bo Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Bo Arvidsson fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Douglas Harman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fagerås's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sakarias Nilsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Erland Damm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Verner Lindsten to strike the kick off in the second half. Sakarias Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th match minute, Flaxenvik FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Oskar Morat to maneuver through the defense. Fagerås's Sakarias Nilsson got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Verner Lindsten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonas Åström was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Sakarias Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Knut Pååk made a huge save. After some careless play in the Flaxenvik FC defense, Olov Carlberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Knut Pååk. The Flaxenvik FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Knut Pååk should have stopped the shot. Jonas Åström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Enström in the 63rd minute of play. Douglas Harman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Knut Pååk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sakarias Nilsson went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the match, Flaxenvik FC's goalkeeper Knut Pååk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emil Sundström. Douglas Harman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Knut Pååk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute Verner Lindsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fagerås's Jonas Åström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verner Lindsten in the 81st minute of play. Knut Pååk was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Douglas Harman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Douglas Harman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. When Bo Arvidsson came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Fagerås fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Arvidsson couldn't finish the play. Sakarias Nilsson had several of the Flaxenvik FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Knut Pååk as he didn't even see the shot coming. With a little luck, Flaxenvik FC's Knut Pååk got control of the ball when Sakarias Nilsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Erland Damm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Fagerås left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Flaxenvik FC.
