Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Alsterbro's Mark Cane started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Andreas Bohlin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Wictor Sundberg. The supporters of Alsterbro booed when Bygdeå was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Bohlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Bygdeå's Ian Kilberg got control of the ball when Leif Sandström tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Sture Beckeman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wictor Sundberg. Alsterbro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sture Beckeman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 13 played minutes Bygdeå got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Bark. Wictor Sundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Bohlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Kalfhage in the 21st minute of play forced Alsterbro's goalkeeper Wictor Sundberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wictor Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Bohlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26thth minute of the game Andreas Bohlin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alsterbro's Wictor Sundberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 28 minutes of play, Bygdeå's Andreas Bohlin made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wictor Sundberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th match minute, Bygdeå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Vallin to maneuver through the defense. After 36 minutes of play, Bygdeå's Gilbert Kalfhage made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wictor Sundberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Bror Eriksson got free with Ian Kilberg in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Alsterbro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bygdeå were winning 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas Bohlin made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Anton Nordstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bygdeå's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Nordstedt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wictor Sundberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Alsterbro's zone, Sture Beckeman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wictor Sundberg came out of the goal and Sture Beckeman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustav Hasselqvist hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Wictor Sundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Kalfhage in the 62nd minute of play. Andreas Bohlin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wictor Sundberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Andreas Bohlin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 65th minute. Andreas Bohlin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Wictor Sundberg 68 minutes into the match. A hard shot 72 in the game by Andreas Bohlin from a close distance when the talented Wictor Sundberg managed to make a qualified save. Alsterbro's players were relieved. If Jan Vallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Lars-Erik Lindgren in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Alsterbro's Arvin Kämpe. 76 minutes into the game, Arvin Kämpe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alsterbro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bygdeå the free kick. The supporters of Bygdeå booed when Alsterbro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvin Kämpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Börje Fastesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wictor Sundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Bohlin in the 84th minute of play. Andreas Bohlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wictor Sundberg having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Alsterbro's goalkeeper Wictor Sundberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andreas Bohlin. 90 minutes into the match, Sture Beckeman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wictor Sundberg. When the match was over Bygdeå could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alsterbro throughout the match.
