After a defensive mix-up in BK Bullzincha's zone, Leif Sandström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Mickelsson came out of the goal and Leif Sandström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alsterbro's Wictor Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magne Sjöman in the 59th minute of play. Wictor Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magne Sjöman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sakarias Lindström during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 92 played minutes, Alsterbro's Mark Cane shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Simon Mickelsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alsterbro reached it. Many of Alsterbro's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Alsterbro may have spent more time on the ball, but BK Bullzincha were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
