Saynomore FC's Isak Drewitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Ståhlberg in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Saynomore FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Mattsson to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Isak Drewitz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Andrea Di Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Carl Beck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Saynomore FC's Isak Drewitz got control of the ball when Stig Kristiansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isak Drewitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egon Söderberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torbjörn Smed got free with Isak Drewitz in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Saynomore FC's Niklas Gustafsson got a free kick in the 21st minute. A collision led to Saynomore FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Niklas Gustafsson hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Saynomore FC's goalkeeper Isak Drewitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torbjörn Smed. 32 minutes into the match, Jimmie Waller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl Beck. Jag hör Banjo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimmie Waller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 41st minute Stig Kristiansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isak Drewitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match, Egon Söderberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isak Drewitz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hans Termander was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Smed in the 55th minute of play forced Saynomore FC's goalkeeper Isak Drewitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kent Alströmmer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Carl Beck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Saynomore FC defense, Egon Söderberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isak Drewitz. The Saynomore FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isak Drewitz should have stopped the shot. Isak Drewitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Smed in the 69th minute of play. Saynomore FC's Isak Drewitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Smed in the 74th minute of play.
