When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Sture Sandström put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Delmiro Batista. Delmiro Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Hammarström in the 7th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Jakobsson got free with Delmiro Batista in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Mossberg hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonas Rudkvist during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sture Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Delmiro Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Sillén kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sture Sandström in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmiro Batista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucas Mossberg's late challenge caught a Perspolis FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Mossberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Nämdö RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Mossberg to maneuver through the defense. Sture Sandström in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Delmiro Batista, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonny Torstensson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 29 minutes, Wictor Gustafsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perspolis FC and the Nämdö RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30thth minute of the game 范浩辉 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perspolis FC's Sven-Åke Jakobsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nämdö RK's 范浩辉 got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Andreas Jakobsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Delmiro Batista, 2-0. Nämdö RK's Delmiro Batista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Nämdö RK from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 范浩辉 to make the kick off. If 范浩辉 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nämdö RK's Dan Sillén got a free kick in the 56th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 范浩辉 in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven-Åke Jakobsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Perspolis FC's Sven-Åke Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 范浩辉 in the 67th minute of play. When 范浩辉 came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Nämdö RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 范浩辉 couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Perspolis FC's Gösta Julin got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 78th minute, Kristian Skager hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Åke Jakobsson came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Nämdö RK's Björn Alkvist. But to his dismay, Björn Alkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Björn Alkvist struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Sven-Åke Jakobsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nämdö RK. In the 93rd minute, Perspolis FC's Kristian Skager seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kristian Skager the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Perspolis FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kristian Skager had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Nämdö RK a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonas Rudkvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Perspolis FC's Sven-Åke Jakobsson. 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
