Spectators: 6607 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Arvin Brun made the kick off which started today's match. Mårten Westerstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvin Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joar Alebäck in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ola Engström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dan Mårtensson kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Midyat FC's Robin Hult broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Robin Säf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Midyat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Örjan Willig came free, but Ola Engström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Sandared IK's Mårten Westerstrand got control of the ball when Robin Säf tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Örjan Willig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sandared IK's Mårten Westerstrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvin Brun in the 29th minute of play. After 32 played minutes Sandared IK got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Boström. In the 33rd minute of the match Robin Hult sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mårten Westerstrand skillfully saved the ball. Örjan Willig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Robin Säf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Midyat FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ola Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Willig, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Ola Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joar Alebäck in the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joar Alebäck made a kick off. Sandared IK's Örjan Willig got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johannes Vik hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Örjan Willig took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ola Engström. Ola Engström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Joar Alebäck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ola Engström. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. The supporters of Sandared IK booed when Midyat FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Tingberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ola Engström acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 65th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dan Mårtensson. Ola Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joar Alebäck in the 68th minute of the match. When Joar Alebäck came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Sandared IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joar Alebäck couldn't finish the play. Ola Engström acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dan Mårtensson. 76 minutes into the match, Midyat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joar Alebäck came free, but Ola Engström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Tommy Jakobsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandared IK's Mårten Westerstrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvin Brun in the 79th minute of play. Örjan Willig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ola Engström having to interfere. After 91st play minutes Joar Alebäck shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Ola Engström and just under the crossbar into goal. The Midyat FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sandared IK's performance. The match ended with a win for Sandared IK.
