After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Krister Dahlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peder Skytt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peder Skytt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krister Dahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Frösundavik United IBK FC. Patrick Kämpe walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Christian Törnkvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl Gadd firmly grabbed it by the left post. Karl Gadd came out of the goal and Thomas Asklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esbjörn Gunnarsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Karl Gadd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Gunnarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl Gadd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Apelquist in the 54th minute of the match. In the 84th minute Esbjörn Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Gadd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute of the match, Krister Dahlberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Peder Skytt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 88 minutes into the match, Vänge BF's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Ålberg came free, but Peder Skytt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frösundavik United IBK FC's Karl Gadd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Asklund in the 90th minute of play. Esbjörn Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Krister Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peder Skytt having to interfere.
