Abborrträsk IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Bocklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Dalberg in the 46th minute of play forced Vänge BF's goalkeeper Peder Skytt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Esbjörn Gunnarsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Peder Skytt was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, Abborrträsk IK's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Gunnarsson came free, but Jens-Ove Wahlnäs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peder Skytt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Bocklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Jens-Ove Apelquist kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Emanuel Dalberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute Verner Mickelsson suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Esbjörn Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Bocklund in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peder Skytt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abborrträsk IK's Jens-Ove Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esbjörn Gunnarsson in the 95th minute of play. The supporters of Vänge BF booed when Abborrträsk IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Qvalfeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball.
