Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isaac Christoffersson kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Stamford United booed when Tugges Favoriter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Brander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the game, Edvard Ekegren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kasper Alefors was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henrik Hagberg came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Tugges Favoriter's Patrik Lindman. But to his dismay, Patrik Lindman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Christoffersson in the 15th minute of play forced Stamford United's goalkeeper Henrik Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stamford United's Henrik Hagberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Stamford United from getting a goal against them. Dan Brander's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Henrik Hagberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, Tugges Favoriter's goal looked a bit too open when Uno Josefsson came free, but Kasper Alefors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bengt-Rune Fogel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Henrik Hagberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Bengt-Rune Fogel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 28th minute. Henrik Hagberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Brander in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Patrik Lindman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tugges Favoriter's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrik Lindman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrik Hagberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 minutes, Jan-Ove Ekeroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stamford United and the Tugges Favoriter players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Stamford United getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jan-Ove Ekeroth hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Patrik Lindman made a precise shot to the right of Henrik Hagberg. Stamford United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mats Axelsson during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Stamford United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Axelsson to maneuver through the defense. Tugges Favoriter's Dan Brander managed to work through Stamford United's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Dan Brander dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Rune Fogel in the 42nd minute of play forced Stamford United's goalkeeper Henrik Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Christoffersson in the 46th minute of play forced Stamford United's goalkeeper Henrik Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edvard Ekegren to make the kick off. Henrik Hagberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Christoffersson in the 52nd minute of the match. Edvard Ekegren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kasper Alefors read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. If Dan Brander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute Isaac Christoffersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Stamford United defense, Dan Brander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrik Hagberg. The Stamford United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrik Hagberg should have stopped the shot. Edvard Ekegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Kasper Alefors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrik Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Christoffersson in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, one of Stamford United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Tugges Favoriter a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Harry Alegren, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Stamford United's Henrik Hagberg. 5-1. Henrik Hagberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Christoffersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Rune Fogel in the 89th minute of play forced Stamford United's goalkeeper Henrik Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 minutes of play, Tugges Favoriter's Bengt-Rune Fogel made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrik Hagberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Henrik Hagberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Christoffersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Henrik Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Brander in the 99th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tugges Favoriter fully deserved thier win.
