Spectators: 7664 (Terracing: 5749, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) UllaBull BK's Pontus Berglund started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kasper Carlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Strömbom having to interfere. Jörn Dalberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Karl-Michael Forssell could save by the left post. Karl-Michael Forssell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörn Dalberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Kasper Carlberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shpongle fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Kasper Carlberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anders Strömbom having to make a save. Anders Strömbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Jakobsson in the 24th minute of the match. If Kasper Carlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 35 in the game by Jörn Dalberg from a close distance when the talented Karl-Michael Forssell managed to make a qualified save. Shpongle's players were relieved. When Jörn Dalberg came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the UllaBull BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jörn Dalberg couldn't finish the play. After the first half Shpongle were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 53 minutes, Kasper Carlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shpongle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kasper Carlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, Dan Biörkman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stig Lindström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Michael Forssell having to make a save. In the 58th minute, Jörn Dalberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UllaBull BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The corner ended in Bengt-Rune Pååk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but UllaBull BK's Anders Strömbom did a great save. After a rather tough play, Shpongle's Ivan Nyqvist got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Dennis Melin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shpongle's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UllaBull BK the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Pontus Berglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pontus Berglund hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Shpongle's Kasper Carlberg got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Malte Uter hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. UllaBull BK's Anders Strömbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Carlberg in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, UllaBull BK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kasper Carlberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 92nd minute, Jonathan Jakobsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
